What is Institute of Policy Input and Research (IPIR)?

WTI polishes the skills of students by providing enlightening stuff on a number of subjects including, but not limited to, International and National Current Affairs, Economy, Islamic Studies, History, International Relations, Political Science, Economics and Law.

JWT Writers’ Panel includes a number of notable writers and analysts like Former Foreign Secretary Shamshad Ahmad, noted columnist and economist Dr Farrukh Saleem, renowned Defence Analyst Brig (R) Syed Ghazanfar Ali, International Affairs expert Dr Mahboob A. Khawaja and many other noted writers. The magazine has a total monthly circulation of 30,000 copies read widely by policy makers. We also have a Journal titled Quarterly Politikon that contributes to the readers’ academic aspect. On our Youtube channel there are approx 256,000 active subscribers while we have more than 96,000 Instagram subscribers. We also have a podcast, The WTI Talks, where esteemed guests like Former Foreign Secretary Shamshad Ahmed, Dr. Hasan Askari Rizvi and many others have shared their astute analysis and viewpoint.

What is the purpose of the proposed Seminar?

The purpose of this seminar is to instill an educated debate and to look for tangible and pragmatic solutions to one of the most pressing issues of Pakistan i.e. Climate Change.

We would look forward that our speakers will enlighten us regarding the prevailing narrative of climate change and highlight its various aspects and domains. Like:
